Sylvac PLASTIFORM® products are made up of two components that solidify upon contact (mixing ratio 1:1).
While curing, they imitate all details of the surface on which they are applied with very high precision: dimensions, forms, texture, and surface finish.

Sylvac PLASTIFORM® Liquid Products SRL Features:

• Liquid products are designed for the control of internal simple and complex forms, such as threads, threads root, grooves, and radius, by creating an internal complete impression
• Avoid destructive testing and allow to control of inaccessible or hard-to-reach internal features
• Easy to use: self-placing compounds that fill the internal form of the part
• The impression can be easily measured by a measurement instrument
• Possibility of slicing the impression with the Twin Blade Cutter for profile measurement (depends on model)
• Possibility of creating custom protections such as custom seals of protection caps and control the visual surface finish of the part (depends on model)
