The company OSKAR SCHWENK GmbH & Co. KG is family-owned since its foundation in 1921.  The headquarter with the precision measuring instruments production is located in Fellbach, Esslinger Strasse and the spring production in Fellbach, Stuttgarter Strasse close to Stuttgart. 

We at OSKAR SCHWENK fabricate (manufacture) high-class precision measuring instruments and technical springs: innovative, thought-out and of the highest quality. On one level that meets the highest requirements of our customers and certifications of our manufacturing.  For our customers we manufacture measuring instruments and springs which are especially designed and meet the individual, highest requirements of our customers.

SUBITO – General view

Mechanical bore gauge SUBITO to measure “the µm“ – the original. The construction principle with the segment deviation has proven itself since 1921 over a hundred thousand times.

SUBITO SU - SK

To measure cylindrical bores with diameter 4,5 to 800 mm as well as their deviations in form with a repeat accuracy of  0,5 µm. The design SK has a short upper part compared to the standard SU.

SUBITO SW

To measure bores which are difficult to reach in the range 4,5 to 800 mm. With solidly integrated angle piece.

SUBITO Vario SV / Vario System SVS

Modular system to cover a large measuring range for changing measuring tasks. Application range overall from diameter 6 to 800 mm. One upper part can be combined individually with different measuring heads or various accessories. In comparison to the version SV, the version SVS additionally includes a measuring head for blind bores.

Vario plug gauge SCA

The combination of a SUBITO and a plug gauge OD "Self Centring and Aligning“, i.e. bore measuring without searching of the reversal point. Application range from 20 to 170 mm.

Application
